Meet Our Skilled Team

Chamindu Kalansooriya

Graduated as a civil engineer from University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka. Chamindu has proven experience in high rise buildings, luxury apartment projects and, land development projects within his over nine years of experience. At Welkin, he serves as the head of project development, mainly focusing on the growth and expansion of company project portfolio by providing more focus to the clientele.

Kasun Wijemanna

Graduated from the University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka as a Civil Engineer. Kasun comes with over nine years of experience in high rise buildings, condominium developments and steel structures by involving in prominent construction projects in Sri Lanka. He is currently the head of Civil Engineering of the company, utilizing his skills in construction project management, planning and structural design, in order to deliver creative and efficient outcomes.

Peshala Nuwan

Strong architectural professional with a bachelor of architecture from University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka. Having over seven years of work experience in leading architectural firms in srilanka, Peshala has been able to channel his passion for design into gaining an in depth understanding of the practice of architecture and currently leading the architectural design division of welkin.

Pasindu Rasanga

Graduating as a Quantity Surveyor from John Moores University, Liverpool, Pasindu Leads the quantity survey department at Welkin. He is a skilled and passionate quantity surveyor with over 6 years of experience in overseas projects and local construction with extensive experience in residential, commercial and industrial projects.

P. Abeyshantha

Abeyshantha is well experienced project manager with extensive leadership qualities and over 38 years of vast working experience in water supply (Operation and Maintenance) and project management. He lead water supply and irrigation department at welkin and his unparalleled work expertise in the field of water projects gives a outstanding solidity to company performance.
